Nervous System Attunement
In demanding roles that require constant care for others, it’s easy to lose contact with your body’s signals for rest and recovery. Over time, stress accumulates in the nervous system, showing up as exhaustion, irritability, overwhelm, tension, and physical pain—often beyond what sleep or time off can resolve.
This offering is a series of mostly non-verbal, somatic sessions designed for professionals under sustained stress. Rather than focusing on conversation or analysis, the work supports deep physiological rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle emotional processing at the level where stress is held.
Sessions are grounded in the SIBAM framework (Sensation, Image, Behavior, Affect, Meaning) and guided through attuned presence and somatic practices that help restore capacity and widen the window of tolerance.

Release of accumulated tension and stress
Improved emotional regulation and recovery
Greater access to rest, clarity, and resilience
