My Approach
I work with people who find themselves in periods of emotional intensity, identity shift, or inner upheaval, times when old ways of being no longer fit and something new is trying to take shape. I believe real change does not come from forcing insight or managing symptoms alone, but from learning how to listen to the body, relate differently to inner experience, and rebuild trust in one’s own inner guidance.
Much of what brings people into this work is not just psychological. It is patterned in the nervous system, shaped by early adaptation, and carried through protective strategies that once helped us survive. I approach these patterns with respect. Rather than trying to eliminate them, we work to understand their function, soften what has become rigid, and reconnect with what has gone quiet or split off over time.
My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from somatic work, parts oriented methods, and psychosynthesis. The focus is not on fixing yourself, but on creating enough stability and safety to allow a more authentic self to emerge. Insight matters, but only insofar as it becomes lived, embodied, and usable in daily life.
I aim to meet you as a whole person, emotional, physical, relational, and existential. This work is not linear, and it is not about arriving at a final version of yourself. It is about increasing your capacity to stay present with your experience, move through change with more steadiness, and live from a deeper sense of alignment and self trust.
